When the police are forced to deal with emotionally disturbed individuals, officers must take special care of the situation, but also be well versed in the dangers that could arise.  This course identifies the tactics, techniques and procedures for responding to an emotionally  disturbed person call, and the appropriate use of force for restraining emotionally disturbed persons.
