Leading A Strategic Change
An organizational change is inevitable in any police force. This course will provide the attendees with a pragmatic view of the processes involved in introducing change within their business unit, division or organization through team building techniques and principles. Using the acronym PRESS – for persuading, recruiting, employing, sequencing and staffing—participants will learn how communication, employee input and devil’s advocates can be utilized to introduce and effect a positive change within an organization. During this presentation, the use of video clips and PowerPoint slides are used to reinforce the conceptual framework of the course.
