Leading An Executive Level Change
Once an organizational change is made at an executive level, it could be a difficult transition for everyone in the department. This course will provide the attendees with an understanding of why change is difficult; reflecting on Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle regarding the introduction of change; understanding the dynamics of change within your organization; how to implement a strategic change using a process approach to introduce the change, and; how to combat the natural resistance to change from those who must implement the change, Small group exercises, the use of video clips and power point slides reinforce the conceptual framework of the course.
