The Courtroom Testimony class teaches students how to  gather facts in a case and correctly present those facts as testimony in Federal courts, court’s martial proceedings, Article 32 investigations and administrative hearings. The student will learn how to prepare for court room testimony by coordinating with the prosecutor/trial counsel and reviewing evidence to be presented at trial. This class   covers courtroom demeanor as well as proper courtroom etiquette. Also discussed are the events that occur during direct examination by prosecutor/trial counsel and cross examination by defense attorneys.
