Participants will examine various motivational theories and their correlation to the employees from the Traditionalist Generation, the Baby Boomer Generation, Generation X and Generation Y. The training provides a practical view of how to communicate and provide an environment within which each employee, regardless of their associated generation, can become productive and enthusiastic employees. During this presentation, the use of video clips and PowerPoint slides are used to reinforce the conceptual framework of the course.
