Ethical Leadership has been a concern for police departments for a long time. Doing things the ethically right way should always be top priority for Police Department leadership. Effective leaders believe their role is to nurture subordinates to mature as independent and contributing members of the organization. This course provides participants with a pragmatic understanding, reflection and discussion of ethical issues and dilemmas in the workplace, The use of video clips, interactive group    exercises and Power Point slides are used to reinforce the conceptual framework of the course.
