Larceny, Robbery, and Burglary are very closely related, however, officers need to understand the difference between them. This course will define larceny and robbery and how they differ from burglary.  Officers will also learn how to react to each of the situations they are faced with in the field.  Topics include when one is charged with a felony or misdemeanor, the investigative differences between larceny and robbery, and how to proceed with the investigation into the crime.
