Correctional Officers must deal with inmates at all points throughout the day. An officer will perform many functions in dealing with these inmates. This course will train officers to apply handcuffs and leg cuffs, transporting inmates internally and to other facilities, escorting techniques, and how to communicate  effectively with inmates. Officers will learn in detail exactly how to deal with inmates while     performing their daily duties as a correctional officer.
