The Interpersonal Communication Skills class teaches the student to learn the importance of personal communication skills, particularly as it pertains to conflict resolution and avoidance.  The student is taught the basic guidelines of interpersonal communications and is introduced to observing body language, behaviors and good listening skills. This class includes identifying methods for effective listening, barriers to communication and methods to improve communication with persons with disabilities.
